Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation seeks a Global Manager, Network Operations & Delivery to lead governance and execution of global network services. You will guide internal staff and contractors, oversee a third-party MSP, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure networks.

You will orchestrate deployments, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement while balancing scope, budget, and safety across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of infrastructure or networking experience.
• Five+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and managing third-party providers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networks and security services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Network Delivery team across regions.
• Govern the third-party MSP for global Network Operations.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as escalation point for major incidents and outages.
• Plan and oversee global deployments, upgrades, and integrations.
• Ensure work adheres to scope, schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Cybersecurity, PMs, and vendors.
• Drive standardization, automation, and observability across networks.
• Manage supplier relationships and report performance to leadership.
