Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Global Manager, Network Operations & Delivery to lead global network governance, delivery, and modernization initiatives. You will guide internal teams and contractors, oversee an external MSP, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure network services.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years in infrastructure or networking, with five+ years in leadership, and strong expertise across LAN/WAN, cloud connectivity, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Eight+ years of infrastructure or networking experience within a large enterprise.
• Five+ years of leadership experience managing technical staff or delivery teams.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience governing a third‑party MSP or outsourced IT services.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud connectivity, data center networking, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Network Delivery team including employees and contracted resources.
• Provide governance for the third‑party MSP responsible for global Network Operations.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, service quality measures, risks, and improvements.
• Act as the leadership escalation point for major incidents and critical operational challenges.
• Plan and oversee global network deployments, upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and integrations.
• Ensure delivery follows scope, schedule, budget, safety, and change controls.
• Partner with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, project managers, and stakeholders globally.
• Drive standardization, automation, observability, and continuous improvement across network services.
• Manage supplier relationships and communicate performance and risks to leadership.
