Job summary

Entasis Partners LLP is seeking a Global Network Manager to lead an in-house Cisco/Azure network from the UK. You will own the network strategy, drive a remote multi-region team, and set the roadmap for future expansion.

Lead P1 incident management, SLA reporting and costed project options while aligning with ITIL governance and senior stakeholders. This is a fully remote role with international reach and clear leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• CCNA, CCNP or CCIE, current or previously held.
• Real ownership of a global network, its standards and its future direction.
• A broad remit spanning operations, engineering, projects and M&A integration.
• Fully remote, with a hands-on leadership team behind you.
• A role set to expand in reach as the network function consolidates.

Responsibilities

• Leading a remote network operations team across Asia and North America, including a team supervisor.
• Owning service performance, P1 escalations, patching and monthly SLA reporting to senior leadership.
• Setting the global network roadmap, engineering standards and service catalogue.
• Producing HLDs, LLDs and costed options for new projects, and presenting them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Running asset lifecycle and refresh programmes, site openings and acquisition integrations.
• Balancing BAU and project demand within an ITIL change framework.
