Google LLC seeks a Senior Strategic Negotiator for Global Network Acquisitions to secure infrastructure assets and negotiate cost-effective deals. You will combine market knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure with strategic deal-making to support Google's expanding global network.

As part of the Global Network Acquisitions team, you will work with internal planners and external vendors, evaluating market forces to deliver scalable network solutions that align with Google’s product needs

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with telecommunications partners and network vendors.
• Negotiate and implement commercial frameworks for asset acquisitions and partnerships.
• Identify and evaluate metro fiber, data centers, and interconnect opportunities.
• Collaborate with planning, tax, policy, legal, and treasury teams on optimal deal structures.
• Present deal recommendations to technology leadership and drive execution.
