Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Events team. You will manage the logistics, asset movement, freight, and show cars to ensure seamless event delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Event Delivery Manager, you will coordinate crew travel, local staffing, purchase orders, and cost tracking while liaising with partners, venues and travel providers. This fast-paced role requires a proactive, highly organized professional with 4+ years in live events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event logistics, coordination, operations or production support.
• Experience coordinating freight, travel, suppliers, staffing or asset movements in a live event environment.
• Experience raising purchase orders, processing invoices and maintaining cost trackers.
• Experience maintaining asset registers, logistics trackers, crew information or operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight movements, shipping schedules, collections, deliveries, load-in/out plans and return logistics.
• Manage crew travel, accommodation, ground transport, transfers and arrival/departure information.
• Raise purchase orders, track supplier costs, quotations, approvals, and invoices.
• Maintain asset registers, inventory trackers, equipment lists and movement records.
• Book and coordinate local event staff, agency teams and operational support.
