Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Events team. You will manage logistics, assets, crew travel, and equipment across Grand Prix events, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and travel partners to ensure smooth delivery.

You will maintain schedules, packs for crews, and purchase order processes, while ensuring asset movement and maintenance across events. This role requires strong planning, organisation, and the ability to travel internationally when required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event logistics, coordination, operations or production support.
• Experience coordinating freight, travel, suppliers, staffing or asset movements in live events.
• Experience raising purchase orders, processing invoices and cost trackers.
• Experience maintaining asset registers, logistics trackers or operation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight movements and delivery plans for events.
• Manage crew travel, accommodation and arrival details with internal teams and partners.
• Raise purchase orders, track costs and process invoices.
• Maintain asset registers, show cars and equipment readiness for events.
• Coordinate local staffing and supplier coordination for events.
