Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Events team in the UK. You will manage the logistics, coordination and administration of event assets, freight, crew travel, local staffing, show cars and equipment across Grand Prix events.

Reporting to the Senior Event Delivery Manager, you will work with internal teams, freight partners and staffing agencies to ensure timely, accurate delivery and cost control. Strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in event logistics and live events.
• Experience coordinating freight, travel, suppliers and staffing.
• Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
• Experience maintaining asset registers and logistics trackers.
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight movements, schedules and deliveries.
• Liaise with partners on delivery windows and site access.
• Track shipments and resolve freight issues.
• Maintain logistics schedules and packing lists.
• Coordinate crew travel and information packs.
• Prepare crew information packs and trackers.
• Confirm access and arrival arrangements with teams.
