Atlassian Williams F1 Team seeks an International Logistics Compliance Coordinator to oversee compliance of international shipments by air, road and sea, and to issue customs clearance instructions. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ship equipment and merchandise to UK and international events.

You will maintain freight registers, review HMRC data, and build relationships with freight forwarders to resolve delays, while ensuring documentation prevents transit delays.

Formación

• At least 2 years’ experience in International Logistics and Customs.
• Experience in motorsport.
• Forklift Licence (Preferred not essential).
• IATA Dangerous Goods (Preferred not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain day-to-day compliance of international shipments and issue customs clearance instructions for export and import movements by air, road and sea.
• Coordinate logistics with internal departments to ship event equipment and merchandise to UK and international events.
• Record and maintain internal freight registers for international movements.
• Review HMRC Import/Export data monthly to ensure shipments are compliant and documentation retained.
• Develop relationships with freight forwarders and parcel carriers to resolve delays and compliance issues.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delays or issues promptly.
• Advise internal stakeholders on export/import requirements, commodity codes and proper documentation to prevent delays.
• Support Race Team, Test Team, Heritage and Marketing with UK and international event logistics.
• Assist Merchandise team with shipments to partners and events.
