Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Mobility Senior Manager to lead the global employment / EOR mobility practice from Bangalore or remote. You will drive cross-border hiring deals, design commercial constructs, and ensure compliance across EU, UK, US, APAC. You will partner with Sales, Product, Legal and external immigration firms.

In the first 6–12 months you will establish playbooks, optimize visa and relocation workflows, and position mobility as a core pillar of the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in global mobility/immigration with EOR or HR tech exposure.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles.
• Ability to translate mobility into a strategic differentiator in deals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mobility business line from sales enablement to cross-border employee movement.
• Develop and manage immigration workflows, visas, work permits, and relocation.
• Build and maintain country-level playbooks and SLAs.
• Forge and measure a global network of immigration partners.
• Design scalable pricing, offers, and delivery models.
