You’ll coordinate cross-border projects with EY teams worldwide, build trusted client relationships, and drive governance, reporting, and performance management across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of global immigration and mobility programmes for multinational organisations
• Coordinate complex, multi-country projects across a global EY network
• Build trusted relationships with clients and EY teams at senior levels
• Drive governance, reporting and performance management across jurisdictions
• Identify risks and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery globally
• Utilise data and insights to inform decision-making and programme success
• Support engagement management activities including budgeting and forecasting
