Job summary

eMigr8 is seeking a Global Mobility Expert to shape enterprise strategy for managing talent movement across borders. You'll bring 10+ years in global mobility within large organisations, with deep knowledge of immigration compliance and relocation programme management.

Initially a part-time, equity-first role, transitioning to full-time as growth milestones are met. You will design tailored mobility solutions, partner with enterprise clients, mentor the team, and help build eMigr8's global

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global mobility experience in large enterprises
• Experience with multinational organisations
• Deep knowledge of immigration compliance, visa sponsorship and relocation
• Experience managing mobility programmes for 100+ annual assignments
• Strong understanding of cross-border relocation challenges
• Proven track record in scaling global mobility functions
• Empathy for migrants and relocation challenges
• Bonus: knowledge of UK Global Talent Visa, US O-1, French Tech Visa

Responsibilities

• Advise development and execution of eMigr8's global mobility programme offering
• Strategise partnerships with enterprise clients to design tailored mobility solutions
• Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance and relocation best practices
• Build relationships with HR leaders at multinational organisations
• Shape product requirements to solve mobility challenges
• Mentor team members on complex mobility scenarios and compliance issues
