Job summary

Optiver is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to lead and advance our global mobility function. You’ll shape strategy, oversee complex moves, and scale operations while staying close to day-to-day delivery across regions.

You will build and develop a globally distributed team, partner with senior leaders, HRBPs and external partners, and drive improvements through data, technology and automation to deliver a world-class employee mobility service.

Qualifications

• An experienced global mobility professional with knowledge across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability in complex mobility matters.
• Strong people leadership to guide distributed teams.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mobility delivery, managing cases and the portfolio, including high-risk moves.
• Set direction for the mobility function, translating strategy into a scalable model.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed mobility team with clear accountability.
• Advise senior leaders on mobility, immigration, tax and employment implications.
• Own and evolve the global mobility operating model across Mobility, People Ops, tech and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, case trends and stakeholder feedback to enhance the employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to use technology, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure governance and documentation, partnering with internal specialists and external advisers.
• Own key mobility vendor relationships to ensure value from external partners.
