Job summary

Nscale is seeking a senior Immigration & Mobility Manager (FTC, 12 months) in London to shape and scale our global mobility program. You will partner with the Head of Immigration & Mobility to design the operating model, governance, and vendor ecosystem supporting a growing EOR footprint across the US, UK, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in global immigration and mobility, including senior ownership of programme delivery.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and governance at scale across multiple providers and jurisdictions.
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling or high-growth environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior-level collaboration (Legal, Tax, People Ops, Talent).
• Experience building or evolving operating models, governance, and processes.
• Ability to operate autonomously and mentor others as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Global Mobility & Immigration Centre of Excellence from foundational delivery to a fully scaled operating model.
• Define governance, vendor strategy, and processes as the business scales across entities and EOR locations.
• Lead end‑to‑end casework delivery, governance, and SLA adherence across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive automation and process improvements, including travel immigration automation initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, People Ops, and Talent to apply policy and guidance at a senior level.
