Multiplier is seeking a Mobility Senior Manager to lead the global employment / EOR mobility practice from Bangalore or remote. You will drive cross-border hiring deals, design commercial constructs, and ensure compliance across EU, UK, US, APAC. You will partner with Sales, Product, Legal and external immigration firms.
In the first 6–12 months you will establish playbooks, optimize visa and relocation workflows, and position mobility as a core pillar of the company’s growth.

As aMobility Manager, you will operate at the intersection of:
Business Development (closing & expanding deals)
Compliance & Immigration (risk-free execution)
Product & Market Expansion (scaling new corridors)
You will own theend-to-end mobility business line—from enabling sales to win global deals, to ensuring seamless cross-border employee movement across jurisdictions.
Partner with Sales & GTM teams towin deals involving cross-border hiring
Buildcommercial constructs(pricing, bundling with EOR, margin optimization)
Identify and unlockmobility-led expansion opportunitieswithin existing accounts
Support enterprise deals withimmigration feasibility, timelines, and cost modeling
Own end-to-endvisa, work permit, and relocation workflows
Ensure100% complianceacross jurisdictions (EU, UK, APAC, US priority markets)
Manage risk across:
Right-to-work
Permanent establishment exposure
Local labor laws
Build and maintaincountry-level playbooks and SLAs
Build and manage a global network ofimmigration partners(e.g.Fragomen,Centuro Globalequivalents)
Drivepartner performance, SLAs, and cost optimization
Strategically decidebuild vs partner vs in-housefor key geographies
Translate mobility trends intoproduct and pricing inputs
Work with Product to:
Standardize mobility SKUs (Mobility Mgmt Fee, Govt Fee, RTW Fee)
Improvecustomer experience and turnaround times
Identify high-demand corridors (e.g., India → EU, LATAM → US) and buildscalable offerings
Buildrepeatable workflowsfor high-volume mobility use cases
Improve:
Turnaround times
Approval success rates
Customer satisfaction
Create dashboards for:
Visa success rates
Processing timelines
Revenue contribution
Thinks in terms ofrevenue, margins, and deal velocity
Has experience supportingenterprise or mid-market sales cycles
Can translate mobility into astrategic differentiator in deals
5–10 years in:
Global mobility / immigration
EOR / HR tech / mobility firms
Strong understanding of:
Work visas, permits, and relocation processes
