Job summary

Freshfields is seeking an operational lead for Global Mobility delivery across UK, EAME, MENA and Asia. The role owns service delivery, workload management and operational performance, ensuring capacity matches demand and work is allocated across the team.

You will embed the global mobility/HR Shared Services operating model, improve workflows, support automation and strengthen reporting to enable a more efficient and scalable delivery approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating in a professional services/legal environment.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume casework.
• Strong capability in risk, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce capacity planning, workload forecasting and prioritisation aligned to mobility volumes and business demand.
• Manage case allocation, workload and delivery priorities across the team.
• Ensure cases progress consistently, efficiently and to required standards.
• Track and manage cost of delivery, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
