Compassion in World Farming International seeks a Global Senior Mid-Level Giving Manager to lead and grow the Circle of Compassion mid-level giving programme, targeting donors giving £1,000+ annually and expanding in priority markets.

You will set strategic direction, build strong donor relationships, and work collaboratively with Global Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Digital and CRM teams. This hybrid UK role requires proven fundraising leadership and CRM expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mid-level, major donor or high-value fundraising.
• Experience leading or scaling a fundraising programme with income growth.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to create donor narratives.
• Confidence using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for donor relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive, positive and adaptable with strong organisation.
• Deep passion for Compassion in World Farming's mission.

Responsabilités

• Lead Circle of Compassion globally and drive income growth.
• Deliver donor stewardship and engagement.
• Develop donor acquisition and pipeline growth with teams across Global Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Digital and CRM.
• Use Salesforce insights to inform decisions and optimise donor journeys.
