Job summary

Compassion in World Farming International is seeking a Global Senior Mid-Level Giving Manager to lead the Circle of Compassion, our global mid-level giving programme. You will shape the strategic direction, grow income and strengthen donor engagement and retention across multiple markets.

You’ll manage donor communications and stewardship, develop acquisition pipelines, and collaborate with teams across Global Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Digital and CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mid-level, major donor or high-value fundraising.
• Experience leading or scaling a fundraising programme with income growth.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse donor groups.
• Confident with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with donors, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, positive and adaptable with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Deep passion for Compassion in World Farming's mission and ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Circle of Compassion programme globally, driving strategic development and income growth.
• Deliver exceptional donor stewardship and strengthen long-term engagement.
• Develop donor acquisition and pipeline growth with Global Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Digital and CRM teams.
• Use insight to inform decisions and optimise donor journeys using Salesforce.
