Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Global Microsoft GTM Lead to orchestrate Microsoft go-to-market execution worldwide. You will translate strategic direction into actionable plans across regions, ensuring alignment and clear communication of priorities and investments.

As the daily link between Microsoft stakeholders and Arrow teams, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop repeatable GTM frameworks, and provide executive-ready updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and how a value-added distributor operates.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Microsoft GTM operating rhythm across regions and countries.
• Coordinate and lead global leads, setting priorities and removing blockers.
• Manage daily relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams.
• Guide teams on priorities, messaging, escalation paths, and ownership of initiatives.
• Translate Microsoft priorities into Arrow-ready motions and practical frameworks.
• Ensure country and regional teams understand priorities and have tools for activation.
• Align across functions: sales, marketing, operations, enablement, partners and leadership.
• Create repeatable GTM playbooks for consistent execution across markets.
• Track progress and prepare updates for leadership.
• Support executive communication and governance with clear summaries.
