Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead structured implementation projects.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (CEO, CMO, Marketing managers).
• Comfort configuring software platforms and working through technical setup steps.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between salesXchange and client GTM teams.
• Guide clients through pre-implementation phases and ensure course completion.
• Oversee open-access content transformation and content pipelines.
• Coordinate Social, Email and Banner strategy planning.
• Support proposal and presentation deck preparation.
• Coordinate run-of-show design for live broadcasts and studio planning.
• Validate data-fill for environment configuration and assist with technical configuration steps.
