Job summary

The Hoxton in London is seeking an ambitious Director of MICE to drive global sales strategies across our portfolio of Hoxton Hotels. You will lead pre- and post-opening revenue initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Based in London, you will manage a senior sales function, build strategic partnerships, and push growth across our international openings with a passion for hospitality and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role.
• MICE experience essential; consortia experience preferable.
• Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven.
• Excellent relationship builder; capable of working with other teams and leaders.
• Willing to be yourself and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to source, drive and grow revenue across the MICE segment for our global portfolio of Hoxton hotels.
• Manage a pre-assigned portfolio of accounts, lead on global negotiations, preferred agreement implementation and account management.
• Prospect new accounts to support global growth.
• Represent The Hoxton at Global Tradeshows and drive revenue to contribute to launches.
• Collaborate with On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations to share insights and drive revenue results.
