Job summary

Ennismore, based in London, seeks a Director of MICE to lead the global MICE sales strategy for The Hoxton Hotels portfolio, reporting to the VP of Sales. Drive global strategies and centrally support 19 operating Hoxton Hotels and the opening pipeline.

You will collaborate with On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations to convert opportunities into revenue and represent The Hoxton at global tradeshow events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role.
• Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven.
• Excellent relationship builder, capable of working with cross-functional leaders.
• Willing to challenge norms and drive revenue in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to source, drive and grow revenue across the MICE segment for the Hoxton hotels worldwide.
• Manage a pre-assigned portfolio of accounts, lead global negotiations and implement preferred agreements.
• Prospect new accounts to support global growth; represent The Hoxton at global tradeshows.
• Raise awareness of opening pipeline and drive revenue for commercial launches.
• Collaborate with On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations to share insights and drive revenue results.
