Sopwell House in Hertfordshire is seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Manager for MICE to lead the hotel’s sales strategy and maximise opportunities in the global corporate market. You will secure new accounts and cultivate a portfolio of key partners, working closely with the events team to convert enquiries into contracts.

This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills, travel readiness to London and surrounding areas, and a proactive approach

Aufgaben

• Secure new accounts from the global marketplace and manage them to targets.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of network accounts to drive revenue.
• Establish relationships with Business Travel Agents, Consortia, Hotel Booking Agents, MICE, Corporate, Wholesalers, Tour Operators and Call Centres.
• Collaborate with events team on enquiries to win business.
• Utilise databases and email campaigns to engage marketplaces.
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, trade shows and professional bodies.
