art'otel Hoxton invites a proactive Meetings and Events Sales and Planning Executive to drive enquiries into bookings, coordinate planning with hotel departments and secure payments. You will partner with PR, Marketing, and Sales leadership to shape offers and ensure delivery of memorable events.

Based in London, you will manage client relationships, respond to leads via portals and calls, and contribute to revenue targets while upholding the art'otel service ethos.

Responsabilidades

• Respond and convert Meetings & Events enquiries through the various online B2B and social events portals, emails and telephone calls.
• Create strong links with all departments of the hotel to ensure objectives are achieved as well as targets, KPI’s and budgets.
• Work with the local PR & Marketing Manager and GM&E Sales Director in line with hotel expectations adapting to the business needs.
• Understand competitor products/venues and establish and adjust the selling strategy with the Senior Meeting & Events Sales & Planning Manager.
• Be responsible for all bookings and payments.
