Job summary

Career Legal is seeking a Matter Management Analyst to support the matter teams in London. You will ensure new transactions are set up to meet client and internal reporting and billing needs, and assist with client/matter openings and matter number generation.

You’ll monitor compliance, process changes, support eBilling setups, and act as a liaison with other NBI teams, driving efficiency and process improvements globally.

• Degree-level education is required.
• Strong research and analytical abilities are essential.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with matter team to set up transactions meeting client and internal requirements.
• Assist with opening clients/matters and generate matter numbers.
• Monitor client/matter setups for compliance with regulations and billing rules.
• Process changes to clients and matters as requested by teams.
• Assist with eBilling client setup and respond to internal enquiries.
