Job summary

Rockwell Automation invites a Global Program Manager - Market Access to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across regional and cross-functional teams. You will drive growth, simplify customer and partner access, and shape scalable engagement models across Europe.

Reporting to the Global Director and operating in a hybrid model, you will craft charters, budgets, and KPIs while guiding workshops and governance across sales, pricing, legal and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 12+ years of related experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale strategic or market access initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and execute globally.
• Certifications in PMP or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Market Access initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Ops, Customer Care, Pricing, Product Management, Legal, Finance and Partners.
• Drive programs to improve customer acquisition, channel effectiveness, market penetration, and commercial scalability.
• Create program charters, business cases, project plans, milestones, budgets and KPI reporting.
• Facilitate workshops using project management, process improvement and change management methods.
• Identify barriers to access and design stakeholder engagement and change plans.
• Monitor health, risks, dependencies and opportunities; report to senior leadership.
• Influence diverse stakeholders and coach teams on governance and execution.
• Demonstrate strategic leadership, transformation, and data-driven decision making.
