Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Global Program Manager - Market Access to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that improve customer access, accelerate growth, and optimize commercial engagement models. This role follows a hybrid work model from a Rockwell office in Europe and reports to the Global Director, Market Access Strategy, Transformation & PMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Typically requires at least 12 years of related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale strategic or market access initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive execution globally.
• PMI PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification.
• Formal change management training and practical application experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, global Market Access initiatives across multiple functions.
• Drive programs to improve customer acquisition, channel effectiveness, and growth.
• Develop program charters, business cases, plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions using PM, process improvement and change methods.
• Identify and remove barriers impacting access to Rockwell offerings.
• Design stakeholder engagement and change management plans for adoption and sustainment.
• Monitor health, risks, dependencies, and opportunities; report to senior leadership.
• Influence diverse stakeholders without direct authority to achieve outcomes.
• Coach teams on governance, program execution, and change management.
