Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Global Program Manager – Market Access to lead enterprise-wide programs enhancing customer access to Rockwell solutions. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, create business cases, manage plans and budgets, and report KPI results to senior leaders.

The role is hybrid and based from Europe, with offices across the region. Ideal candidates have 12+ years of experience, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and change-management expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading large-scale strategic, commercial, operational, or market access initiatives is essential.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Market Access initiatives across multiple functions.
• Drive execution of programs to improve customer acquisition, channel effectiveness, and market penetration.
• Develop program charters, project plans, budgets, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions using PM, process improvement, and change management methods.
• Identify and remove barriers to customer and partner access to Rockwell offerings.
