Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Strong technical aptitude to understand complex products and processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across UK and Norway facilities.
Identify cross-selling opportunities between sites and promote combined capabilities.
Build relationships with existing customers and expand product offerings.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations and customer presentations.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, design and production teams to craft commercially attractive solutions.
Maintain active sales pipeline and report opportunities, forecasts and activities.
