Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. seeks a Global Systems Administrator to design, implement, and support global core infrastructure and manufacturing systems.

The role partners IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure uptime, security, and performance across data centres, cloud platforms, and OT environments. Reporting to the Manufacturing IT Infrastructure Team Lead, you will drive automation, standardization, and 24/7 availability, collaborating with vendors and across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–10+ years in systems administration with 24/7 operations.
• Experience in manufacturing/OT environments and industrial technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize servers, storage, virtualization, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Design and implement global data centre strategies including cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Provide Level 2/3 support within established SLAs and incidents handling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to deploy manufacturing computing systems.
• Ensure uptime, security, resiliency, and performance of manufacturing systems.
