Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Global Maintenance Manager to own and coordinate maintenance strategy for deployed systems worldwide. Based overseas, you will drive proactive maintenance, align with in-country teams, and ensure maintenance commitments are delivered across multiple sites.

You will lead structured preventative maintenance programs, define frequencies and acceptance criteria, and improve system availability, reliability, and lifecycle performance through data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with technical depth to lead this role.
• Significant experience in maintenance management within complex technical environments.
• Experience moving organizations from reactive to proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global maintenance schedule for deployed systems and infrastructure.
• Establish a structured preventative maintenance programme across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate with in-country engineering leads, field engineers and other functions to secure resources.
• Develop maintenance requirements and provide forward planning for resource allocation.
• Establish and drive a formal Preventative Maintenance Programme with tasks, frequencies and documentation.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed within agreed service windows.
