Job summary

• Significant field engineering, installation, integration and commissioning experience in complex environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across locations or countries.
• Experience with engineering partners, subcontractors and installation organisations.
• Strong understanding of design-to-field deployment transitions.
• Excellent project and operational coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and priorities with cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide global coordination of field engineering activities, ensuring installation and commissioning are executed.
• Interface between Project Engineering Manager and in-country teams, reporting progress and issues.
• Coordinate in-country engineers and external partners to align priorities and deliverables.
• Ensure designs are field-ready and aligned with deployment realities.
• Feedback field issues to engineering to prevent project delays.
• Coordinate mobilisation of resources across countries and projects.
• Maintain adherence to SRT engineering standards and project processes.
• Provide leadership during complex installation and commissioning activities.
• Maintain a visible engineering presence in deployment regions and travel as required.
• Escalate significant issues to ensure timely resolution.
