Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Global Engineering Lead who will coordinate field engineering across multiple countries and projects. The role travels internationally and may be based outside the UK, including the Middle East, to support deployment activities and provide leadership where needed.

You will oversee installation, integration and commissioning activities, ensure field readiness of designs, and act as the senior engineering escalation point for deployment challenges.

Qualifications

• Significant field engineering experience including installation, integration and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across locations or countries.
• Ability to work with local partners and installation organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide global coordination and leadership of in-country field engineering activities, ensuring installation, integration, testing and commissioning activities are effectively planned and executed.
• Act as the primary interface between Project Engineering Manager and in-country teams, with visibility of field activities, progress, risks and resources.
• Coordinate in-country Field Engineers, Installation Engineers and external partners, ensuring responsibilities and deliverables are understood.
