Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Strategy & Reliability Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies across asset lifecycles. You will influence investment decisions on high-value assets, drive reliability improvements and ensure safety and cost-effectiveness.

Working across engineering, operations and project teams, you will perform RC M studies, FMECA analyses and lifecycle cost assessments

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems engineering or reliability/asset management.
Extensive experience in maintenance and reliability engineering.
Experience developing maintenance strategies for complex assets.
Experience with data analysis and lifecycle cost considerations.
Knowledge of ISO 55000 and CMMS.
EngTech/IEng/CEng is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain maintenance strategies for operational and future assets.
Lead maintenance optimisation activities to ensure programmes align with risk.
Develop preventive, predictive, condition-based and corrective maintenance approaches.
Review maintenance intervals using asset performance data.
Define maintenance requirements and asset care plans to support objectives.
Ensure strategies align with business needs and targets.
Lead RC M studies and FMECA analyses.
Analyse asset performance data to identify trends and issues.
Support root cause investigations and improvements.
Contribute to lifecycle cost analyses and investment decisions.
