Selfridges in London is seeking a 40 Duke Concierge Consultant who blends front-of-house reception with concierge-level service to deliver a seamless, elevated client journey for high-net-worth clients and partners. You will manage client check-ins, respond to enquiries, coordinate Personal Shopping appointments, and support events and partnerships to ensure premium experiences across the store.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proactive, knowledgeable point of contact for enquiries both in person and remotely.
• Highly organised, detail oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Flexible and proactive in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, genuine welcome to clients and guests, including VSP, VVSPs and PS clientele and support high-profile and special occasion visits
• Manage client check ins at Personal Shopping and act as a knowledgeable and proactive point of contact for client enquiries, both in person and remotely
• Handle high volume inboxes and calls in a timely manner
• Coordinate Personal Shopping room bookings and appointment calendars; manage walk-in requests and referrals
• Support in reservations for F&B areas collaborating with operators to ensure seamless guest journeys
• Manage client shopping requests, referrals from hotel concierges and other partners; support partnerships
• Provide operational and administrative support including coordinating same-day delivery services and open/close checklists; assist with end-of-day reporting
• Support the events team with guest confirmations, communications and on-the-day guest flow
