The team supports 24/7/365 concierge access via a proprietary app. Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality background, ability to multitask under pressure, and a keen knowledge of luxury experiences and brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury concierge or hospitality.
• Adaptability and multitasking with a positive, Can-Do approach.
• Knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and fine dining.
• Experience serving high net worth individuals and clients.
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors and team to deliver exceptional service across dining, experiences and retail.
• Coordinate with all parts of the business to resolve issues swiftly and manage member requests.
• Demonstrate product interface to members and provide overview of membership benefits.
• Complete end-to-end member requests.
