Midea Home Appliances UK is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Supply Chain team in Manchester. This role supports efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, and coordinating logistics activities to deliver a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will work with Sales, Warehousing, 3PLs, and Suppliers to keep product availability, manage orders, track shipments, and maintain KPI

Qualifikationen

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory planning, or coordination.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimising excess stock.
• Coordinate customer order fulfilment activities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily logistics operations to ensure efficient product movement.
• Process customer and stock transfer orders accurately within ERP and logistics systems.
• Track shipments and proactively manage delivery exceptions, delays, and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure service level requirements are met.
• Monitor supplier and logistics partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support forecasting, replenishment, and demand planning activities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve logistics processes, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports, analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and relevant supply chain procedures.
