Midea Home Appliances UK is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Supply Chain team in Manchester, UK. This role supports the efficient flow of products, maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates logistics activities to deliver high service levels.

You will work with Sales, Warehousing, Logistics Providers, and Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, accurate stock, and achievement of performance targets in a fast-paced, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimising excess stock.
• Coordinate customer order fulfilment activities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily logistics operations to ensure efficient product movement.
• Process customer and stock transfer orders accurately within ERP and logistics systems.
• Track shipments and proactively manage delivery exceptions, delays, and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure service level requirements are met.
• Monitor supplier and logistics partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support forecasting, replenishment, and demand planning activities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve logistics processes, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports, analysing KPIs to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and relevant supply chain procedures.
