Job summary

Burberry in London is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Global Primary Transportation team. You will help ensure the accuracy, visibility and efficiency of inbound transportation across our global network, working with carriers, internal stakeholders and technology teams to maintain high-quality shipment data.

The role focuses on improving forecasting capabilities, delivering regular forecasts, and supporting process enhancements that enable exceptional customer fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong data and reporting skills with Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP and shipping documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipment data accuracy in SAP and ensure timely tracking.
• Collaborate with carriers, customs, IT and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor carrier data updates and service level agreements to improve visibility.
• Deliver inbound and carrier forecasts and analyze variances.
• Develop logistics reporting and dashboards to support decisions.
• Support projects, process improvements and data governance initiatives.
