Job summary

AstraZeneca UK Limited is seeking a senior portfolio leader to drive a global enterprise learning transformation, delivering the LMS replacement as the immediate priority and overseeing AI-enabled content services and the wider learning-technology refresh.

You will lead Programme Managers and the PMO, set governance, manage budgets and risks, and partner with IT, Quality and business units to realise measurable enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Postgraduate qualification in programme management desirable.
• Senior leadership experience delivering global, technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience implementing or replacing a global LMS in a regulated environment.
• Strong governance, risk, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead portfolio end-to-end delivery with an integrated master plan.
• Oversee global LMS replacement with compliance and operational readiness.
• Lead Content Services and learning-ecosystem transformation.
• Establish governance, stage gates and escalation thresholds.
• Manage budgets, resources, and supplier performance.
• Provide executive insight and benefits realization.
