Job summary

AstraZeneca plc in Macclesfield is recruiting a Learning Transformation Portfolio Delivery Lead for an 18‑month FTC. You will lead a global enterprise learning transformation portfolio, overseeing the LMS replacement, AI-enabled content services and the wider learning tech ecosystem to drive measurable enterprise outcomes.

Reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Learning Services and Solutions, you will guide Programme Managers and the PMO, establish governance, ensure compliance and drive

Qualifications

• Senior programme or portfolio leadership delivering complex global transformation.
• Experience leading LMS replacement and regulated enterprise systems.
• Ability to establish integrated portfolio plans, governance and performance management.
• Executive presence and commercial judgement for evidence-based decisions.
• Postgraduate qualification or recognised certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end delivery approach for the portfolio with an integrated master plan.
• Orchestrate LMS replacement including validation, migration and deployment.
• Lead AI-enabled Learning Content Services and learning ecosystem refresh.
• Establish governance, controls, risk management and escalation thresholds across the portfolio.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, capacity and supplier performance with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and empower a high-performing PMO community and delivery capability.
