Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking an LMS Coordinator to maintain the global Learning Management System, including configuration, user data, content, assignments, reporting and access levels. You will liaise with countries as a main digital learning contact and help shape learning pathways across the organisation.

Qualifications

• LMS Administration & Coordination highly desirable, especially within Cornerstone.
• Experience of prioritisation and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Working in fast-paced environment.
• Global experience managing and interacting with multiple cultures highly desirable.
• Demonstrable customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of the global LMS including system configuration, user data, training content, assignments, reporting and user access levels.
• Be a main point of contact for countries needing digital learning support and ad hoc L&D support.
• Advise on best practice LMS structure and collaborate on learning pathways.
• Support the Group End To End Talent Team to deliver the L&D Strategy through technology.
• Produce monthly and annual training reports to demonstrate impact and ensure regulatory compliance.
