Job summary

TAIT is seeking a senior BIM Manager to lead the development and governance of BIM standards, templates, and workflows. You will drive collaboration across design, engineering, and fabrication teams, ensure BIM integrity, and guide teams through complex projects.

Experience across entertainment or live events is a plus. The role emphasises technical leadership, process improvement, and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital representations that align with TAIT practices and client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate BIM standards, templates, workflows, and training.
Provide cross-project BIM strategy oversight and consistency.
Audit BIM outputs for compliance with standards and best practices.
Support cross-discipline BIM readiness and collaboration.
Evaluate emerging BIM technologies and drive adoption where beneficial.
Act as senior technical authority for BIM issues and escalation.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and integrate with design/engineering/fabrication.
Support governance of CDE platforms across projects.
Mentor BIM Coordinators and senior staff on advanced workflows.
