• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with strong reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions (virtual & in-person)
• Feed updates, data and insights into the L&D Specialists
• Maintain the SuccessFactors Learning Management System Platform
• Download and collate reports from survey tools
• Manage team inboxes, calendars, joining instructions & comms
• Maintain and update learner guides and documentation
• Keep stakeholders honest on deadlines and actions
