Job summary

ACCA is seeking a Learning Partners Development Lead on a full-time, permanent basis. The role sits within the Employability & Commercial team and supports a flexible location.

You will oversee partner capability development, establish global provider frameworks, and drive strategic collaboration with major providers such as Kaplan and BPP. The ideal candidate has international experience in professional education, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management and communication

Qualifications

• Experience in professional education with international exposure
• Strong understanding of education sector and ACCA qualifications
• Commercial acumen with track record in delivering outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
• Experience formulating strategy and improving structures and processes

Responsibilities

• Develop and track value creation with ACCA learning partners
• Lead the development of a global learning provider framework and manage partnerships
• Grow ACCA's B2B approach with learning partners under commercial terms
• Manage ACCA's global learning providers (e.g., Kaplan and BPP)
• Embed the provider framework across the organisation and regional plans
• Collaborate with markets to co-create new learning solutions
• Establish and nurture a community of practice for learning providers
• Drive partner capability through organisation-wide channels
