Job summary

BPI Learning Consulting seeks a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery across international client projects, based in part in London with occasional travel. You will lead a multinational team, analyze business problems, and co-create Best Practice solutions with clients.

The role focuses on designing and implementing Continuous Learning, building trust with clients, and identifying additional business opportunities while delivering at client sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' work experience in management consulting, including project management.
• Ability to lead international teams and develop client relationships.
• Bachelor level university degree and MBA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensively manage all aspects of project delivery and client relationships.
• Lead a team of international consultants to develop Best Practice solutions.
• Support design and implementation of a Continuous Learning approach.
• Build trustful relationships and explore additional business opportunities.
