ACCA is seeking a Learning Partners Development Lead on a full-time, permanent basis. The role sits within the Employability & Commercial team and supports a flexible location.

You will oversee partner capability development, establish global provider frameworks, and drive strategic collaboration with major providers such as Kaplan and BPP. The ideal candidate has international experience in professional education, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management and communication

• Develop and track value creation with ACCA learning partners
• Lead the development of a global learning provider framework and manage partnerships
• Grow ACCA's B2B approach with learning partners under commercial terms

We're currently looking for a Learning Partners Development Lead on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within Employability & Commercial team. We are flexible on the location of this role.

The Job

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Employability, on a daily basis, you'll be involved in the following:

• Develop ACCA's partner capabilities and lead the development and tracking of value creation across ACCA's learning partners ecosystem
• Lead the development of a learning provider framework that can be applied globally and establish the processes to support effective learning provider management aligned to ACCA's interests. Embed ACCA's Learning Partners' partnerships approach across the organisation
• Develop ACCA's B2B approach with learning partners and manage ACCA's learning partners under commercial terms
• Lead the management of ACCA's global learning providers, including Kaplan and BPP
• Ensure that the learning provider framework is embedded across the organisation and implemented through the regional education plans
• Navigate partners, support markets and collaborate with teams across the organisation proactively co-creating new solutions to support strategic outcomes, focusing on learning partners and exploring the need for similar support and process across the broader partner network
• Drive partner capability as part of ACCA strategy, which will support the management of the strategic opportunities and the partnership approach via organisation wide channels such as the partnership community, strategic insights group, focus market forums, and digital transformation
• Establish and manage the forum for ACCA's learning providers and ensure that a community of practice is established for learning partners to share best practices.

The Person

We're looking for someone who:

• Relevant work experience in the professional education industry, ideally with international exposure
• A strong understanding of the education sector preferably in accountancy and a very good understanding of stakeholder needs; a good technical understanding of ACCA's qualifications
• Demonstrates commercial and business acumen and ability to deliver tangible outcomes through working with others and demonstrate track record of achieving commercial success
• Proven business development and strong influential and negotiation skills
• Experience of formulating strategy and developing and improving structures and processes to enable delivery of the strategy
• Knowledge and experience of managing stakeholder relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to work on own initiative.
