Job summary

ACCA is seeking a Learning Design Manager on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Qualification Implementation, you will craft engaging online learning and formative assessments under solid instructional design principles, design branded templates, and coordinate with external consultants to deliver high-quality content on ACCA's LMS.

Qualifications

Solid pedagogical theory underpinning online learning
End-to-end development of digital learning interventions
Ability to convert learning concepts into engaging content and formats
Experience with branded templates and storyboards

Responsibilities

Create engaging learning and formative assessment based on pedagogical theory
Design storyboards and branded templates for learning using Rise, Storyline, etc
Produce briefs for course developers and collaborate with external consultants
Create detailed course structures with learning outcomes and defined design approaches
Ensure customer-focused, pedagogically sound learning incorporating future trends
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality content for ACCA's LMS
