Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment China Ltd. seeks a Senior Director, Learning eXperience Curator (International) to lead regional delivery of learning experiences across Europe, Africa, Australia & New Zealand, and Asia & Middle East.

The role embeds global strategy with local resonance, building scalable training through a Train‑the‑Trainer network and ambassador communities. You will partner with Regional Presidents and PX VPs, drive needs analyses, and design live and virtual experiences that change

Qualifications

• Senior learning leader with experience designing and facilitating learning experiences (live and virtual).
• Coaches and develops teams across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
• Works well in matrixed organizations with high stakeholder complexity.
• Fluent in tailoring content across regions and audiences; ICF accreditation is a plus.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, analytics, and modern learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Participate in setting the global learning strategy and drive regional delivery.
• Establish partnerships with Regional Presidents and PX VPs to translate strategy into regional programs.
• Lead needs analyses with partners and leaders; translate insights into scalable learning solutions.
• Design and facilitate high‑impact learning or group coaching experiences for multiple cultures/seniority levels.
• Own Train‑the‑Trainer program for International: recruitment, enablement, standards, and quality loops.
• Lead matrixed teams and provide coaching to TLC ambassadors and cross‑regional contributors.
• Ensure governance, coherence, and avoid duplication with internal/external partners.
• Embed measurement: define metrics, report insights, and drive continuous improvement.
