Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment seeks a Senior Director, Learning eXperience Curator, a regionally embedded people leader responsible for translating The Learning Collective’s strategy into high-impact learning experiences across Europe, Africa, Australia & New Zealand, and Asia & the Middle East.

You will ensure global alignment with local resonance, build scalable capacity through a Train-the-Trainer program, and manage a Learning Ambassador network across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Senior learning leader with experience designing and facilitating learning experiences (live and virtual).
• Strong people leadership across geographies, cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Participate in setting the global learning strategy and translate it into regional delivery.
• Establish partnerships with Regional Presidents and PX VPs; define regional learning agendas.
• Lead needs analyses and convert insights into scalable learning solutions.
• Design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences (live and virtual) for diverse cultures and seniority levels.
• Own Train-the-Trainer programs for international regions and sustain a facilitator community.
• Lead through a matrix with local learning roles and cross-regional contributors.
