Job summary

Howden Group Services Limited seeks a Leadership Development Lead to set the global leadership development strategy, building capabilities and succession pipelines across a multinational organisation. You will design flagship programmes, enable a culture of learning, and drive outcomes at scale with regional adaptation.

The role requires senior-level advisory skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience with learning analytics.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering leadership development at scale in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Strong track record building capability frameworks and flagship leadership programmes.
• Experience building succession and talent pipelines and partnering with Talent/ Succession leads.

Responsibilities

• Set the global leadership development strategy aligned to business priorities and culture.
• Design and deliver flagship leadership programmes across regions and units.
• Develop coaching strategy and team effectiveness approaches at scale.
• Build succession pipelines and advise senior leaders on capability and development priorities.
• Embed AI-ready leadership and measure impact with business metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders and manage external partners and budgets.
